It's only available using the /give or /i commandor via inventory editors.In Singleplayer you can install Single PlayerCommands. Once it is installed,type /i 119 1 in-game for 1 end portal block. This doesnot work for multiplayer.In general: /i data value amountThe number 119 stands for the data value of the block. (Eachblock has anumber, for end portal blocks this is 119).In Multiplayer you either can use the commandsprovided by the server(sometimes a certain rank is required), or useclient-side (=on your computer)cheats. The last option is not recommended, because thenyou will have therisk of getting kicked or even banned.The command in multiplayer - provided by the server - couldbe/give player data value amount, /i data valueamount oreven some other command (depends on the server).
