Tips. To troubleshoot a problem with a signal, you can reset the signal transmitted by pressing the small reset button on the bottom of the receiver and then the reset button located at the bottom of each device.

If the receiver does not transmit the signal, correctly try plugging it into a different USB port on your computer. If this does not solve the problem, check that the software installation was successful. Rechargeable batteries are suggested since the keyboard and mouse will likely need the batteries changed often.
